The purpose of these pages it to look at the depth of God's design in creation. In today's world, we are constantly bombarded by the accusation that science proves evolution. On the surface that may appear to be true. This is only because evolution theory begins at a complex stating point. Evolution almost never offers any explanation of how life got to their starting point. I have a few examples quoted from leading evolutionist. Ernst Haeckel was an early popularizer of Darwin's theory. He stated that "a cell was a simple little lump of albuminous combination of carbon". The invention of the electron microscope has proven that theory to be false. However, this supposition of simplicity remains the starting point of evolution.
Richard Dawkins is probably the leading proponent of Darwinian evolution today. Dawkins presents very well articulated arguments that often sound credible. Evolution usually sounds credible if you take it at face value. The problem with evolution and Dawkins' arguments is that once you start asking 'how', the arguments quickly spring leaks. Once you dig behind the 'how', the argument will crumble. I will give a quick example of Dawkins style of simplistic reasoning. In response to arguments about the amazing complexity of the bombardier beetle's ability to spray boiling hot chemicals on predators as a defense, Dawkins said:
"The bombardier beetle's ancestors simply pressed into different service chemicals that already happened to be around. That's how evolution works."
When it comes to explaining the complex, Dawkins and other evolutionist always fall back to simplicity. The mechanics behind the bombardier beetle are far from simplistic. Darwin used a similar argument for the evolution of the eye. He stated that the pigment cell appeared as a light sensitive spot. This spot evolved into a recess to give the animal the ability to locate light direction; a lens soon encased the recess and the rest is history. Of course I paraphrased, but this literally is Darwin's explanation. The light sensitive pigment is incredibly complex, however Darwin offered no attempt to explain how this evolved. Evolution begins at complexity and goes forward. My goal on these pages is to point back at the complex designs of creation to show that a Creator is the only logical conclusion.
Many Christians think that the facts are in the evolutionist explanation. This is far from the truth. The constant bombardment of evolution as fact from programs, schools, colleges and science books has misled the masses in this nation. In my discussions with evolutionists I have learned that most do not know that the fossil record does not support evolution. There is not one single transitional fossil on record. The fact that most people do not know this amazes me because if you read what the evolution researcher say you quickly find this to be a fact. I have also found that what evolution researchers say and what evolution curriculum teaches are miles apart. The 'facts' that researchers have disproven are still being taught as fact today. I believe this is because of the fear people turning to creation science.
I have been careful to research everything I put on this page. Ironically, most of my material supporting creation comes from evolutionary science material. Because I want to be as accurate as possible, this page will be updated slowly. Keep a check for new facts as they are added.
